Update attendee type custom field

Updates an existing custom field. Default fields support a restricted set
of mutations (only required, display, allow_duplicate_values for
email, min_age for birthdate).

Defaults: built-in default fields (e.g. first_name, email, birthdate) are auto-created with the AttendeeType. They cannot be created via this API; updates on them are restricted by the model (only required, display, and a few field-specific options).
