Returns a paginated list of checkpoint check-in logs for an attendee.
Each log records an entry (and optional exit) at a named checkpoint.
Includes the checkpoint name, entry timestamp, and checkout status.
Logs are ordered by creation time descending (most recent first).
The response includes total_entries for the unfiltered count.
